It is a good point for b.tech freshers because of promotion and good start up and after taking experience you can go for any Automobile OEM..work culture is good and job security is excellent, there is no politics in management also in other level employee

Dislikes

For diploma holders you can join if you no any other opportunity..experience is negligible due to trainee technician designation..there is 50-50 chance of confirmation of diploma holders, there is no more career growth and you can only survive in your life if you can join this

In my department (press shop,production) job security is 100% ,they was going to confirm me. Sallery was in 3 parts basic- 10500, attendence bonus-1500, profficiency-2000(according to work) .Force motors launchs new product, currently traveller -3 trial is going on .

Dislikes

Force motors work invironment and culture is not good. Work-life is not balance.training is average.teammates behevior is not good.

Work Details

I have to load fixture ,take setting,edit programm and produce parts in laser m/c.it was boring in night.p
