You get to utilize every aspect of parts and products u design and assemble on the vehicle itself. More exposure to manufacturing processes give u better insights on designing and its planning. Work life balance is pretty good.

Dislikes

Food is the not at all worthy, one can only imagine the quality of it. Minimal benefit and you would be lucky if ud get a raise here.

Security humiliates you at many places. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

Very bad place, it will be worst decision of your life to join Force Motors. Whole organisation is laggard and not at all employee friendly. No policies, no job security. Senior people have to leave same day without notice. People are threatened to terminate if they don't provide 3 months backdated and leave same day. Only slow people stick there, all good performers leave immediately.

Dislikes

Everything is bad at Force Motors, employees are not treated with respect. Employees are treated as insects.
