Dislikes

This company is a hub of politics. They don't pay well, salary is never on time, salary gets deducted without any intimation. They don't pay on time to the vendors & so the vendors cause lot of delay & inconvenience in materials supply, also abuse to the operations team who has nothing to do with payment. Hire & fire is like a game for the company. No matter how much committed you are but your work shall never be appreciated nor your words shall be listened....Read More

The most worst company to work with. They don't care about employees at all. Your hard work, dedication & knowledge doesn't mean anything to them. Most of the times they even go upto an extent on hurdleing abuses or defaming you in front of your own colleagues. For them only profit is evert thing even if its the cost of an employee's salary. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
