Worst company ever worked. Although you have been appointed as official online tutor you have to work completely according to management. Management do not treat tutors very well. They think they are in higher post and act accordingly. No respect for tutors whatsoever Chat based teaching platform. You can't even communicate to student as per your will. You'll have to follow their scripted chats to communicate. You have to wait for the students to join the session many times students do not join the aligned session.
