I am part of a team that constantly innovates and develop great features. The company provides good work life balance. There is no micro management and you are free to interact with the higher management.

The company do not value the contribution by its employees, apart from few awards that are constantly given only for those working in client-facing teams. Compensation is below average. There is no salary normalisation either, and zero benefit for long term employees unless they hold another offer.
