Good place to work and maintain work life balance. Management is quite supportive and always encourage team members to grow up in their careers. Management is too friendly as well who considerers our opinions and suggestions. I am very happy to work with them.

NO Work Balance, Worst HR She doesn't know how to talk in English, She will assign her works to us without knowledge management. To much work, Salary will not be paid on time. They will target us, You will feel School after joining Flying Stars Informatics, They will not give payslips on time, After one of one month of resignation they gave my payslips because of that I can't get my job on time, it took me 3 months to get a job and also my HOME LOAN Got rejected because of that, No JOB Security without any notices they will FIRE you. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
