They are not supporting any how. They always say they are start up and they will remain start up due to such attitude for further 20 years atleast. Management is pathetic and favouriatism is the policy of the management. There is no job security at all they can fire you at any point of time. There is no term like company policy as such in this company.

Dislikes

Teammates are good but management is not. Management use divide and rule policy by calling each member individually. Management itself doesn't know what to do, they can even transfer IT person to finance team. From the day of start of your employment they say we are startup you need to be available 24 hours. This is the first company i have seen giving a single page offer letter without any terms and condition and when you decide to join (i.e. after you are relieved from previous company) they provide you the complete offer letter to sign with amazing terms and conditions. Therefore, in my opinion never join this company or if you want to join then, take complete letter before joining. Career growth is only for favouriates. They humiliate you with hurdles and google meeting everyday.No learning is there as they itself dont know how to become standard company from being start up. Work life balance is somewhat ok due to work from home facility. But in my opinion look for other US mortgage companies....Read More
