The company is open to opinions and discussions pertaining to work and culture. It is easy to reach everyone, whether they are executives or directors/vice presidents. The compensation is decent, but growth is slow. You will be listened to, but fewer actions are taken.

Work Details

Working with product managers, I ideate solutions to problem statements. I am responsible for making a choice among several tech stack choices, designing complex and scalable systems, reviewing solutions from fellow members, etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Team lead is the worst anyone can get. Just stay away from Abh** Mittal.

Dislikes

Fire employees like its their regular job. Fired 200 employees out of nowhere. Forcefully push people into PIP. Managment is full of clowns.
