work culture is pathetic, there is no motivation to work. no bonus no appraisals no increments no parties no outings no fun activities no work life balance. there is a strict login time but no logout time. salary date is not fixed if you are lucky you will get your salary on 17th to 20th of the month. only lots of unnecessary work pressure, unrealistic targets. only company which has salary based targets, managers says you should justify your salary by achieving Unrealistic targets which are humanly not possible....Read More

The CEO is just for the namesake he thinks he makes the decisions whilst he’s just dancing to the tunes of the VP The VP thinks he’s the one running the company The AVPs also think they’re running then company While the truth being the company is just being run because of the work that the executive level employees are putting in working 18+ hours a day multiple shifts through fire outbreaks, sitting in rat ridden, stinking & unhygienic office spaces with no ventilation. Anish is a big time boot licker. he is like the grandson of the company. He will pretend that he is your big time well wisher and will turn you down in front of everyone. Many people have left job because of him and still no action He resigns and gets increment. We cant even think of increament. He has harrasment case on him and still no action. He doesn't know how to talk to females and nobody cares. He plays games big time. He always find someone to blame if anything goes wrong. None of his sentence ends without - are you 100% sure, are you doubly sure , is it red flag. People who reports him are mentally abused and loses their self respect and confidence. He makes you feel you are nothing. And yes he has soft corner for some of his reportees and his way of talking is totally different. He allows them all the leaves and proper shift timings. And for rest it's double shift and no leaves. If you are to work in flixstock and report him. Would suggest you to remain job less.
