It will be better to find another company instead of joining image edit team . IE head Mr Kunal dont know anything he makes team work all day and night after that shouts on team to show he is boss. If you are thinking of joining this company then you are going to be harassed at mental level Let me give you some examples of that:- 1) they are not mentioned in their company’s policy that their shift timings keep changing Right now i am working in the 2pm to 11pm shift timing and it’s very bad 2) this company is target based company and in this company they have set their own rules regarding targets your targets are set according to your salary and if you are not able to meet your daily target then they put you in a pip 3) earlier in this company you used to get two Saturday off in a month and as of today they have snatched it from us so and sometime you will be forced to work even on Sunday if you refuse to work on Sunday, then Compnay Threatens to fire you 4) there is no appraisal in this company no matter how much good work you do for the company in the whole year and when you ask them why they did not do the appraisal they say that the company is facing looses and this is a lie because increments are being made in other departments but they do not want to give increments to those whose hard work their company has been running for years Overall this is a very bad company don’t join them you are going to suffer only harassment here trust me!...Read More
