Plesae think before you join Flixstock. As an HR Professional, I had the worst experience of my career. On my last working day, HR and Management gave me wrong commitements and confirmations. They confirmed me that I'll receive my FNF along with the Incentive amount, but after following up for more then 90 days, they are denying processing the same. They did the same to numerous other employees by not paying their leave encashement, Incentives and other dowable amount, during and after my resignation. When I joined this organisation, they do not have any kind of HR policies, database and even a good HRMS tool, I thought It's a startup. So, I worked hard to get the things in order. But I never recived any appriciation for that and in the end, I feel deceived. Except that hera are few points I want to emphasise: 1. Flixstock has two offices, one in Gurgaon and the other in Delhi (Ghitorni). As per management, people who work in Gurgaon are superior, while those who are work in Ghitorni are inferior. 2. Management is too biased; they only take care of sales and tech team. Rest of the staff are worthless to them. But the are unaware that their Company exists because of those Worthless People. 3. Ghitorni office resembles a factory; it lackseven basic amenities like Fans. Ac's, Lift and washroom conditions are so pathetic. 4. There is no set salary date; it is continually postponed. Even I tried to make it done till 7th, but It worked for only 3-4 months, after that It get back on 15th and later. 5. You will never get appriciated for your efforts, but you may be targeted due to office politics.
