It's has few things new like kaizens, yellow belts. Work culture is average, work life balance is the biggest challenge. 5 days working is not there which is also violation to work equality as managers get 5 days only

Dislikes

No 5 days working, work equality is on papers. This all leads to poor work life balance. Learning and development is limited as job rotation and movements are influence by nepotism.
