Just that salary will come on time... But will not be satisfied.. bcz u never get chance to enjoy it...!!

Very poor management... Even at mid night 12pm.. mangers will message on group is there any sale or not... Tooo much micro management.. you can't go for loo...or lunch.. But, if you leave the company.... And applied in new company the HR of flinto will give very bad feedback to you future company about you... So peace of advice .. if you join this company.. don't show your experience of flinto... TO YOU FUTUR COMPANY.. I personally experience that......Read More

Work Details

My work life is hell. It is like if you want to breath then you have to took permission from manager.. Although, it is WFH but you have to switch on your cam, mic and even have to share you screen while working.. mangement will barge in your privacy..

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
