There is nothing to like in this company as directors of this company (domestic) have no vision. Even directors are not having any experience in domestic market. There are stockiest in pharma industry have good knowledge than the director of this company have. Well it's matter of time. This will never work in IPM.

Dislikes

Directors. Less knowledgeable and conservative minded. Second is HR. HR should be pillar of organization. But here HR is pillar of directors.

Its a worst company in pharma. From the first month they want 3 lacs business and pressure the candidates. No one work there for more then one month. They have no rules and statistics.
