The team at Fitkids is amazing. The ops dept. specifically is the backbone of the company with Prasenjit as manager does an amazing job handling the team. The reimbursement policies needs a serious reconsideration.

I like the training and environment teaching the kids is a blessing for me but salary was not sufficient for me financial growth is not there. So couldn't be a part of it anymore now.

Salary is too less and they were delaying to late to give the salary in the second week end of the month I used to receive my salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
