Worst Culture, Worst Management , Unethical Behaviour with Clients and Partner Banks. They waste big salary on management who don't produce results nor provide proper leadership..Sometime I wonder who funds this company are fools.They pay below par to ground staff who do all the work. If you are reading this pls don't find such company who don't generate profits and who treat employees like shit. Huge employee turnover, only 5% employees who were there when I joined are there with company now... Not suited for female employees.
