Dislikes

People are selfish. They won't grow and won't let others grow. That hospital is still in growing mode no value of staying there for long term. No bonuses on time and restrictions on taking leave. Can't take leave whenever you need. Compared to other hospital this one stays worst.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
