There's nothing to like about this company it's a fraud company that needs to be shut down.

This company is in financial crises and they keep hiring new people and they won't pay you and make you work without pay and these people will make you feel bad about yourself and they will make it look like mistake is yours but this is just their way to manipulate people in joining this company and making them work without pay and CEO and other main member of staffs are experts in lying and telling false information....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
