Good company for a freshers to learn everything but as a enthusiastic person it has slow career growth, Salary not credited on time, I worked here for 2 years but there was no appraisal meeting conducted, travel required but reimbursement takes unnecessary delay, senior employees politics ruining the young employees day to day work life, job security Is there and learning depends on how we takes ownership into our assigned task, career growth is there but very slow in our present world work environment,no innovative skills can be improved here and work life balance is somewhat good here since we get every alternate Saturday holiday in a month.
