There are some old employees of the company like the area manager, my team leader and my Neemuch branch manager, these people make lower employees like us resign to save their jobs and the same thing happened with me, my team leader threatened to terminate me and made me resign, I have left the company under compulsion.

पॉलिसी मे सुधार की जरूरत हैं ग्रामीण एरिया के हिसाब से और ब्याज दर भी कम करनी चाहिए करीब करीब कम से कम 14% की कस्टमर्स इनकम और प्रोफाइल के हिसाब से क्योंकि दूसरी कम्पनी 14 से 20 की दर से करती है अच्छे कस्टमर को और जिसके कारण हमें फाइल छोड़नी पड़ती हैँ।

There is no pros of this company, they going to ruin your work life balance and make you irritated and toxic day by day just like them.

If a company existed with the most toxic work culture then it has to be Finova Capital, they make you work like robots and pay you 1/4 of all the work you put in. To make sure you stay with them, they make you sign indemnity service bond for 1 or 2 year as well.

- No set working hours. You have to work uptill 11 pm and there is no holiday even every sunday will be a working day (except first sunday) - work pressuis immense, you will definitely went into depression if you spent 6 months in this company. Totally sales oriented no other department have any kind of respect or hearing.
