Very friendly and cooperative behavior. Employee feels the part of Finolex family because of friendly environment. No one of the employee never get insulted. Instead of forcing rude sale targets they motivate the employee to achieve the goal by keeping faith on them. Really Finolex gets people together

Management doesn't discuss on the bottom level about the employee's progress. And the senior employee have the direct athority to terminate their junior without discussing with the management or HR department.
