The faculty here are highly dedicated, and the perspective reading initiative is a great tool for student development. The management encourages innovation in teaching methods, which I find very fulfilling.

Sometimes I used to work overtime there but I think it's fine as the teaching role has to be dedicated towards our students.

As told above, I am working in this valued organization since last 13+ years. I have noticed few points during my long tenure in FIITJEE which I am mentioning here. Lack of proper training and development programs, very limited opportunities for promotion and no clear-cut career progression path. Lack of transparency and professionalism in policies, inconsistent application of rules, inadequate communication from Seniors in the organization. Poor leadership by Top Seniors and a culture of favoritism where certain individuals might be given preferential treatment. And if you want to change, they will not help you to to switch infact they purposely put you on hold. they wont provide you the relieving/experience letter. Everything right from joining till you quit, FNF has not been paid for most citing financial reasons. Even for experience letter you may have to keep writing emails to the HR. You can see a huge discrimination on non faculties. Faculties are held high and others are discriminated. A faculty loyal with very less work earns 80LPA but for non faculties with same work is nit more than 20 LPA all over India...Read More

The institutue operates like a shop, also it is suffering from the major financial losses. They are presenting the wrong financial statement from last many years for the Investor and govt. This is company is second BYJU. They have legal cases with their investors. They don't have money to pay to employee as well. Their appoint letter will decorated with unrealistic perks and CTC, seems hefty but actual net home salary will be 50% lessor. Mr. Ashish Agarwal, HR head is worst and unprofessional. They will never give your full and final, they have big legal team to torchur you, if you leave the company and ask for your full and final payment. Salary is a big issue at FIITJEE. There is not any assurance about salary to be released at the said time. Also non-teaching staff doesn't get any appraisals. Only teaching staff gets rewarded.
