Only work life balance, because nobody is willing to work

Dislikes

People at higher packages with authority don't work at all, all pressure trickles down to new joinees. New SG wants people to quit. takes months for reimbursement. Very few employees on actual payroll rest all on third party, no gratuity etc. If you know a politician or an ias officer then only consider working here.

Work Details

Work is hectic, you need to be self motivated as no one will tell you what to do. Worst than govt, vendor bills pending due to incompetent accounts department. Complete babu attitude.

Opportunity to work with various industrial sectors and Government Departments. Responsibility with freedom of taking decisions to execute the work. Flexibility in transferring to State offices on request.

Dislikes

Compensation and appraisals are average. Interdepartmental interactions and HR is weak .

Work Details

Consultancy & Capacity Building services to industries, Government and International agencies. My work involves frequent travels within India and Abroad. We conduct various studies and provides technical training to our members/non-member organizations.
