Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. The working culture is toxic in this organisation. They are like aane ke time to fix hai jaane ka fix nahi hai. If you come late then half day cut. But if you in the office till 9 pm so this will not compensate. If you on holiday they just call you yo do an work.
