Few experienced professionals who have been pillars due to their strong bond with senior management were able to bridge the road with the newbie professionals who come with experience to join and work their way forward.

Dislikes

Slow in decision making. No professional culture , very closed and highly family oriented . Not much value for professional ethics whilst go all out to pamper and keep their good image amidst clients and external associates only.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
