Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Nothing Farnek management is very poor they don't know about labour rights they don't give respect to employees.. especially if any body want to go annual leav they are not giving permission on the time they trying to delay and also if someone sick they can't accept medical leave and put absent this is not good . Farnek should to Take notice Coordinators
