Everything. The office is very small. Ends as you join it. The sell properties to offices. They are in this business since 23 years. And no growth. The don't even give offer letter. Currently I'm working in this company (fairdeal realtors) Honestly this is the best place where you can learn new things on daily basis. I love to work here from CEO to Employees all are supporting here.. Best organisation where you can grow your career in a right decision.

Yet I didn't dislike anything because if I face any problem I also get solution.

Nothing nice about the company only politics and favouritism . Please don't join Fairdeal Realtors as they say it is family but they don't treat well .

Dislikes

There is no Job security and if u want to sustain there u need to be sugary and fake with the management and manager and the HR say something and don't do as per the commitment. Andrea and Meryl are the black sheeps but management have no say . Strangest thing is the CEO was judgmental and they talk rudely but when you take your stand they terminate in short no job security .

There is nothing to like about this company. I don't know how they are surviving in this business model They sell commercial places to companies but no one is the industry or very few are doing this. Obvious If i need an office space in certain location I would directly go through a broker and why to deal with them

HR thinks he knows everything about each department he is hiring and will ask you questions from the list someone has already prepared. Then he wears a blazer as if the company is some sort of top brand in the world.
