Export promotion council for handicrafts is a semi government organization. Job security is their in EPCH until you are agreeing with the management. If you stay for long in EPCH you might get chance to travel abroad. Average work life balance. Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Most of the employees in EPCH are of 40+ age who don't know how to talk to their colleagues. They hire people on contract basis without any perks. Career growth is very slow. No appraisal methods. They are biased in nature. Zero innovation and zero learning.
