Good to join the company as fresher, good training and no bench policy will have good learning experience at inital stages.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto industry standards, 60 to 70 percent of intermediais managers are dummy they are just filling the position in company most of the times they don't even know the status of the project there should be more interaction with developers and immediat managers.

Work Details

Work quality is good compared to other service based companies. But mainly dependent on there single major client hope they might get in more clients after the acquisition with quest global.

This company is ideally suited to be in a country like North Korea or Pakistan. They have draconian rules like strict dress code and maintaining 9 hours in the floor. No laptop and hence no work from home option. If you want to experience how life is in Tihar jail, please join.
