There is no learning here in this job. It feels like we are in jail once we enter inside the company premises. Mobile not allowed. Internet not allowed. No food is allowed during the break.

No increment, no bonus, no work life balance you need to stay back even after completing job hours without company paying overtime.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
