Delayed Salary by 2-3 months, Mismanagement, No Process, Pathetic HR Policies, Mental Harassment, Bad Management and leadership, No Job Security, Lowest pay in the industry, No cafeteria, No place to have lunch, Minimal appraisals, Project switching.

Work Details

Employees are forced to work on Saturdays and Sundays without pay, anyone can be taken off from a project and put on some other project anytime and will be forced to work on 2-3 days of deadlines. Management thinks any developer can work on any technolog.

I worked as the Team Lead handling about 5 developers. Joined in 2018, I was with Exceptionaire for almost 2.5 years. Its a company with great team members, aggressive work culture and exciting projects. It is a company for fast projects, with fast hiring and fast bonuses. The company went through a difficult patch during COVID likeany other company but is back on its feet. Everybody was paid in full without any deductions. There should be more training sessions in a month. Saturdays are a good day for conduction trainings and you can start having trainings on at least alternate saturdays.
