Having spent a substantial amount of time and effort, I can say that Excellon has helped me in shaping as a professional being. Quite simply an introverted turned out as extrovert.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and at times have to be totally available on call to attend client calls in the evening. No on-job training. Senior folks like me have to guide fresher step-by-step. Salary is credited to your account a bit late may be during second/third week of the month.

Work Details

On-site spoc at Bajaj Auto Ltd. Working with a full swing as CTM. Core team member to carry system enhancement discussion with major focus on delivering the inline business intricacies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Likes

Leave and compensation policies. Big clients, big projects. Some of the managers and leads who are no longer part of Excellon were good.

Dislikes

Onsite policies, HR management in their Nagpur office, some people in the middle management who just have their jobs because they can butter their superior. Only family members can grow here or if you are an outsider and are applying for a job then bargain for your package as much as you can because the increments are never that good.
