This is the worst company for any recruiter to work with. TA team doesnt have any process and for every week they keeps changing their process because they only doesnt have any clarity on the process. BU heads here are the worst people who decides everything and doesnt even know whom to hire or whom not to hire. Even though you are senior or junior the treatment for everyone will be same.
