As a supervisor, the work load is just enough during the working hours and more after the logout. Work is assigned even after working hours by the organization.

Dislikes

Many things. Irrelevant inside rules related to dress code, grooming, clothing, forceful extra working hours, no pay for work on week offs, no OT for work left to complete which is not approved by management.

Work Details

Work life is bad. Every month the week offs change and everyday 3 months the shift changes. If there was a difference in shift change of 2-3 hours, it would have been fine. Agents are thrown in an whole different shift at times. Many more reasons to give

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
