There are various things wrong about the organisation. 1. The travel claims in this company are not processed even some employees are fighting for their claim after they have left the organisation. 2. No fixed growth opportunities are present for employees. 3. Yearly salary increment is below market standards.

There is no fixed duties time...we have to spent 16 hr some time.
