The job security is good and the managers are very cooperative with junior staffs. Friendly environment with other staffs.

Dislikes

Promotion is the thing which is not good. You have to wait too long for promotion. Salary is very low for executive staffs.

Nothing to like about Evolet healthcare. management is self oriented. They treat Indian employee as donkey's. Promotions, good incentives, hike, bonus are for there people from Tajikistan only. Senior positions are reserved for tajik people, once any Indian employee start training his/her senior(tajik guy), after sometime he is worthless, they fire him or terminate him or start irritating so that he/she can resign by there own....Read More

The sister company is SPEY MEDICAL and there is nothing to like here, if you have no self respect then this is a great place to work.

SPEY MEDICAL - Running by Tajikstani director, no personal & professional growth, they don't know ABC of pharma industry. I f you have the nature of buttering you may join, anytime they can deduct salary and fire you. No appreciation at all, No job security. And the company runs on the mood of the director. Not recommended to those who are ambitious and have desire to learn things and grow.

There is nothing to like about this company. They treat Indians as slave, no personal growth, no salry growth. All facilities are given to only their(Tajikistani's).

In first everything seems fine, but as you will spend more time you will find that, there are no rules and regulations, no self growth , no mental peace, no extra perks. At the time of joining they will tell you different story and on ground things will be very different. For them Indians are just servants.
