Company is good. Management is good and cooperative(as per my experience). I worked in client location later converted to the direct payroll(which Euclid had promised at the time of hiring). From the begining of my tenurity I have worked on the client location, so canmot share any feedback on Euclid work environment.

Dislikes

There is nothing much, but if I have to say anything then it would be the notice period is for two months.

I resigned my job from Euclid innovations on February 3rd 2023, it’s been more than 60days I did not receive my FNF and relieving letter. Not even a single HR is available to answer employee concerns, completely dissatisfied with the way Euclid treats its employees, they did not Even help during the critical medical crisis when asked for assistance on PF withdrawal, till date struggling for my fnf amount and relieving letter, I don’t even know the escalation point of contact, not sure whom to seek for assistance...Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
