The seniors were supportive. Friendly work environment.

No job security. They give you job along with a bunch of people, and after some times, they will force you to resign for no reason. Many of my friends have faced this.

Work Details

Work life was average. They have a stylesheet for name only. And, they do experiments with that like a kid. Every week new rules with no sense. The senior most people have no sense of what they are doing with the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
