Policies are well rewarding if looking from an earnings perspective. Be the best in what you do then your pockets will speak rest. I got a great learning opportunity as my work was not limited to a single area, I had a great learning exposure.

Dislikes

Deadlines may take your work-life balance in-season months. But good financial reward if taking overtime workloads.

Communication is the majour challenge in the firm and sometime it causes conflicts.

They pay you well and there are numerous opportunities for growth given that you put in efforts. But the management and administration is very poor and job security is terrible. One fine morning, you might have a termination letter in your hand.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
