Company policies is good, appraisal are good .On time salary working culture is good. Management is very transparent and teammates are supportive if u have face any challange in market.

Only on time salary is the good point. Rest of all things is terrible.

Dislikes

No proper skill development, no work culture, not an organised sector. Totally depends on the mood swings of the Unit Head or DGM

Terrible life as a sales frontliner. Daily market visit without any leads. Have to create leads most of them taken by resellers.
