New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. Post is Accounts & Finance Manager, but they won't give you anything to manage. 2.Your boss (Finance Controller) wants you to work keeping your eyes and mind shut 3.They want everything in their control only, you'll be a puppet, and they want you to act like one bykeeping your mind shut. 4.Its like you are working for their appraisal and promotions only,and when it comes to your appraisal they'll remind you how inefficient your work is and how you need to improve, and why they can get 30% raise even after working same as you while you can only get 8%!!!...Read More
