There are fixed 10-15 people in the top management who control every decision. The HR is totally non-empathetic, non-cooperative & extremely non-professional. All in all not a great place to work at.

Here no work life balance. Upper management decide your deadline & as per that they will pressured you. On each small mistake they wil scold you like make disaster. If you on a medical leave they every one think that you are enjoying & chilling at home, they will never care your emotional your personal feelings they will only scold,pressured you. No appreciate for your work, support, even you will do beyond your limits. If you are on leave then open your laptop & start work till it will not complete. If you miss any deadline then you no need to alive on this earth. You are dying, on a medication, or on a urgent personal work doesn't matter but because of you no single mail should come to your boss.
