There is no particular system or SOP of any work. they put you any department anytime without any prior notice. they can fire you without even talk with you... I have saw many cases there like this. the management is a blood seeker. Some seniors are don't even know how to talk with a junior or a employee.. salary date is not fixed... I suggest try another company if you really want to learn or you r a hard worker....Read More
