Join only if you are not having any other thing to do in your personal life. They will not even give you proper training for any role in company. No one is experienced enough to guid you. Job security will be their, no one will ever ask you to leave your job. But they will irritate you and you will eventually end in resigning your post.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
