Working environment is very good. Can learn a lot by your own interest. There is no work pressure at all. Very supportive head and colleagues.

Management politics during the recruiting process for remuneration. Appraisal and perks are very low. You'll get yearly fixed increment. If you get in to the company with good remuneration then you are safe. Otherwise it will be hell for salary.
