1.There is minimum salary as compared to market standard and will get cheque which usually gets bounced. 2.There is no employee benefits like PF, Medi -claim, Bonus etc. 3.There is no respect for employee from higher management. 4.They are harassing employee when he is serving notice period and not doing settlement in time and reducing the amount of settlement. 5.Did not process claim as per IRDA rules and regulation. 6.Did not settled the claim in time and there is call center is horrible. Not able to answer properly. 7. In every two to four month HR of the this company got changed....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
