There is lot of partiality, company wants 3 cheques as per security reasons, training is not given proper for businesses development executive from the date of joining from 2nd week they give phone and say start calling even you don't have the knowledge just talk to customers no proper guidance was provided, hectic work, no flexibility in timings, no cafeteria slow career growth.
