Worst company ever, bad management not giving salary to employee and lot of mental harassment, don't spoil your carrier and don't join this company. Because of this company i loosed my everything. Positive reviews are mostly written by the company, as no one who has left seems happy with their experience.

I am very happy working in a mass finance company. There is no pressure of any kind in this company and one can work well here in an open environment.

I am fun working here. But the employees are facing problem with salary hold. The company is also suffering loss due to this. The employee tries to do poor quality files to meet his target. If the target here is number of files instead of volume, then according to me both will benefit. And the company's portfolio will also improve. If salary of 100 emp is stopped and if the average salary is 20k, then the company had to pay 20 lakhs to the emp. But if in this any executive makes 2-4 files wrong, then there will be loss. -1 star is not available otherwise I give that for learning, work like data entry nothing new for learning purpose also favoritism is on hike they appreciate work of there favourite people and who is CA. also senior not spending there time in work in working hours they doing there personal work like baby settings, grocery shopping, and other work they just do attendance and go there home and other places and total work pressure on junior also timing are not fix you have to sit for 10-12pm and some time it's became 2 of night and not for one or two day's it's for month end and month end extend for 12-17 day's. There is not much politics and it’s a safe and decent place to work at.

Dislikes

Strict timings, with no fixed timings for leaving office, and no extra overtime amount paid. That gets us to no work-life balance. Sometimes work on holidays is also there. Building of our office is very old and demands a lot of maintenance. No place is there for rest, proper washrooms also not there, no space for rejuvenation of employees

This is how Hr Works there . Worst HR management team in this world. Though company is good but Hr is really pathetic
