No overtime, extra hours Free cab service (doorstep pickup & drop) Fixed weekend offs Good package at the time of joining

Dislikes

Unnecessary and conflicting updates from the onshore often which makes confusing in the work Breaks are scheduled in such a way that it is not suitable for Indian timings No employees suggestions are considered for process welfare

Weekend Offs and working hours are fantastic. Process and client expectations are absolutely clear and achievable.

Dislikes

Unprofessional management that never set an example as leaders. Poor managerial skills are evident amongst all Managers and Team Leads.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
