Good work life balance and job security. Team mates and colleagues are friendly and the overall environment is good. There is a good hybrid policy of just working in office 2 days. Managers are overall friendly and cooperative.

Dislikes

The salary appraisals are not up to mark. Promotions doesn't seem to happen at the expected pace. Also like many other companies, there is a technology peak beyond which one will become stagnant.

Earlier they used to have flexible wfh options and more focus to work life balance. Not anymore. All the senior leadership in India has changed and that reflects in the company culture as well.

Dislikes

Frequent layoffs, HR is almost invisible and no support system or community in the company but they fake it in the town halls and emails. Micro management. Poorly managed office everything under cost cutting, including the tea bags. They make us pay for the cab for 1-10 pm shift, even though there is a clear government rule that female employees have to be given free transport after 7 pm.

- Quaterly Budgets where team can refresh and use budgets to visit resorts for day outing - Weekly one-day Meal free lunch for all employees

- Transportation from off is not matured enough - too many portal to keep track off, one for expense, one for leaves, one for payslips, one for tax - No SSO(single sign on), you need to remember 2 0r 3 different passwords all the time - Could have better increments. - After Publicis take over it became keys on what is happening where. -

Nothing is perfect here . No process followed. No work life balance . No understanding of employees . Pls do not join here . They spend lot on fun activities rather than hikes . They had layoffs . Think twice before joining here .
